OK so i know this really isn't weekly updates more like monthly updates but I'm really trying to do this as much as i can but some of my homework take me hours to do because they have like three forty five minute videos attached to it as well. So my phone use if im being 100% percent honest this was a really bad time to do a study on phone use. its a really bad time because i usually call some teachers or ill watch videos to help me in math and foods sometimes science.sometimes if i have to go somewhere (which is weird because we have to stay home) i usually use my phone to do my homework because my laptops is to huge and dosent work outside of my room sometimes plus theres no wifi. but other than that i try really hard to stay off it. This is a weekly update of my study on phone use to see if it affects my life,my mood or my grade.First thing i don't think its going well for me right now i cant get off my phone i ussagely decrease my usage but i've been losing sleep im getting bored watching videos or movies on my phone i think i'm in a uphill battle with myself right now. my sleeping schedule is messed up i have'nt really been working out and probably one of the things that taking a lot of time out of my hands and making me use my phone alot is homework. Im not really saying its the main problem but it is causing some of my problems right now. When iget my weekly home one of my gaols is to push distractions away and do my work because i wont to get good grade and finish everything but i get a lot from each class i dont really have time for myself like i want to go to work but since i dont want to be behind on work i cant.so for right now im just trying to get on track again and im struggling but reaching my goal will help me a lot
So im still working on posting new photos for updates but fornow ill update you on what ive been feeling basically and how i feel,first of all i felt good the two couple of weeks but ever since weve had homework i just had alot of them to do and it caused me to slow down my process and acatually made me use my phone more for some reasearch or help so its not really helping my goal at all
This is the start of the study of trying to see if your phone can really effect your life.
Step 1,For now m going to use apps on my phone to measure how my phone usage is at right now and how i can lower the time i use it.Step 2 Im going to try to improve on my self and improve my grades.Step 3 Im going to try to see if this makes a good cause on my life and if i should keep like this. |
