Why i'm doing this study.
After constantly being on my phone I have decided to conduct a research on my phone use to see if my phone use is affecting my life and see if I can limit my use to help me out in the future.
MY scheduleMArch 30th 2020So this is my schedule for the genius hour and it been weird lately and since there no school its going to be a lot different , so i'm saying off my phone when i wake and just get ready for my day and have breakfast do homework go work out and run a mile and then ill go to sleep but not really be on my phone or watch tv
My progessApril 14th 2020school has been closed for about a month now and when someone said to take advantage of this break i mean i have in a that can be really useful to me, One new thing that i've done was that i learned how to drive just last week i don't have my licenses yet but i am touring the city of Salisbury and Mockville from time ti time with my dad and my phone use progress has sadly stayed up but im starting to see a decrease now which i need to keep up.One knew thing that i feel everyone is dealing with is sleep yeah sleep i don't know why im used to waking up a 8 am in the morning and know im waking up at 10 or 11 am its bad i usually went to sleep at 11 before school ended and now im sleeping at 2 or not sleeping at all because for some reasons i cant go to sleep or just not tired at all
